We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officers and Vice President of Human Resources for both Transtar Insurance Brokers, Inc. and its sister company, Blue Star Claims LLC, a Third-Party Claims Administrator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves wearing many hats, and is excited to contribute to a growing organization.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Typing speed of 70+ WPM
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple internal and external relationships
- A positive, can-do attitude with a professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Minimum of one year of office experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Contractor Oversight
- Post job openings and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate onboarding
- Manage contracts and training logistics
- Approve payroll and ensure smooth integration of new team members
- Maintain and update job descriptions as directed by leadership
- Organize and update organizational charts and employee directories
- Support project management activities for the COOs
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring seamless execution
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors
- Assist in compiling and maintaining data management reports
- Contribute to employee retention initiatives and help develop new engagement strategies in partnership with management
