Requirements

  • Highly Organized: Your ability to manage multiple tasks and calendars is essential.
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, especially in planning and document management.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, concise coordination.
  • Experience: Experience in admin and C-level executive assistance (minimum of 1 year) is required.
  • Technologically Savvy: Familiarity with Calendar Management Tools (e.g., Calendly, Doodle, Google Calendar), Project Management Software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp), Travel Booking and Expense Management Tools, and Document Management Systems is a plus, but not necessary.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize email and phone communications for key executives.
  • Efficiently organize documents and preparations for important meetings.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, ensuring seamless itineraries.
  • Utilize various management tools for calendar, project, and document organization.
  • Facilitate and streamline internal team communications and collaborations.
