We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized to support our CEO. Requirements

  • Exceptionally organized with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Highly accountable, demonstrating a commitment to high standards and ethical integrity.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships.

  • Recent graduates must have a GPA of 3.8 or higher from top schools.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Project Management: Take on special projects with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing productivity.
