Position Overview
Rhodeway is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling administrative tasks to ensure efficient executive operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- GED degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote
- Strong multitasking and coordination abilities
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Handle travel arrangements and expense tracking
- Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams
- Assist with project coordination and administrative support
- Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met
