We are looking for a dynamic and people-driven Executive Assistant (EA) to join our Finance EA team, providing permanent support to VPs as well as, on an interim basis, the CFO. As a part of the Finance EA team for the Finance team and an interim EA to the CFO, you will work with other Finance EAs and play a pivotal role in keeping the organization running smoothly and efficiently, inspiring morale and team building. Our ideal candidate has executive presence, is highly organized, exhibits great judgment, has high attention to detail, thinks strategically, and is proactive upon the Executive’s requests.
As the interim EA to the CFO & permanent support to Finance Leaders, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from assisting with Town Hall meetings, managing both internal and external requests in interim to the CFO and VPs that align with business needs, planning, scheduling, coordinating leadership travel, and supporting virtual and onsite team events. As a successful candidate, you will be personable, responsible, and trustworthy, and thrive in a fast-paced and exciting environment. This position requires constant communication, high levels of business maturity, confidentiality, and mutual engagement.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Corporate Finance & FP&A.
Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced and demanding corporate environment, preferably with a public technology or SaaS company
- Experience in working with highly confidential information
- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of making appropriate decisions independently
- Can-do attitude, proactive and solution-oriented, consistently looks for ways to add new value and assist the team
- Demonstrated ability to respond to needs quickly and efficiently and prioritize work with a strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work with little or no supervision, anticipates the needs of leaders
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions, including at the senior executive and director level
- Excellent judgment in setting priorities and interacting with internal and external contacts
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong focus on customer service, team player mentality, and ability to work collaboratively with business partners
- Proficient in modern productivity software, such as Google Suite; Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Docusign-provisioned AI-assisted apps
- Experience working in Finance, supporting the Earnings process, and Board commitments
- Ability to travel at least once a quarter for Earnings to San Francisco (in interim)
Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for the CFO and Finance Leaders
- Develop and maintain systems to prioritize the CFO’s and Finance Leader’s time and activities
- Anticipate and independently resolve internal and external scheduling conflicts
- Manage a complex calendar that includes: scheduling meetings across various time zones, travel, conferences, earnings, presentations (off-site and/or internal), and group events
- Make comprehensive and end-to-end travel arrangements and process expense reports
- Act as a creative problem solver, liaison, and facilitator in managing support responsibilities
- Act as a lead on the facilitation and coordination of communications and administrative procedures across the CFO team in the interim
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and executive-level presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with EAs to the leadership team and provide backup support as needed
