Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday; 9am-6pm PST (San Francisco, CA)
Requirements
- At least 5 years in an executive assistant role
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Highly Regarded Skills:
- Industry-specific experience
- Background in bookkeeping, finance, operations, HR, or marketing
- Experience with advanced scheduling and project management tools
- Discretion with sensitive and confidential information
Responsibilities
- Daily calendar, task, and email management
- Travel arrangements
- Online research and email summaries
- Executive meeting support (minute-taking, tracking action items)
- Team task prioritization and status updates
- Expense and financial tracking
- General administrative tasks
- Document and folder organization
- Serving as a liaison between the executive and departments
