Job Description


This is a remote position.

Schedule:

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday; 9am-6pm PST (San Francisco, CA)

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in an executive assistant role
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Highly Regarded Skills:

  • Industry-specific experience 
  • Background in bookkeeping, finance, operations, HR, or marketing
  • Experience with advanced scheduling and project management tools
  • Discretion with sensitive and confidential information


Responsibilities

  • Daily calendar, task, and email management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Online research and email summaries
  • Executive meeting support (minute-taking, tracking action items)
  • Team task prioritization and status updates
  • Expense and financial tracking
  • General administrative tasks
  • Document and folder organization
  • Serving as a liaison between the executive and departments
