Job Description
Robert Half has upcoming opportunities for experienced Executive Assistants. The Executive Assistant will report directly to and support director level, vice-presidents, and C-level executives. As an EA, you will be the right hand of the executive team, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. You will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing critical assistance to the leadership team.
An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting one or more executives, have high attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and ability to manage shifting/conflicting priorities.
Requirements

- Ability to work legally in the United States (for US openings)
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
