Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various office tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
