Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to senior leadership teams at Openreach. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.

Based at Gracechurch Street in London, this role requires office attendance at least three days a week. The successful candidate will have outstanding organisational and time management skills, superior communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a similar position, such as EA or PA, within a multi-functional business.
  • Fast thinking, proactive, and confident working unsupervised using own initiative.
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience proofreading high-level presentations and documents.
  • Commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to provide administrative and organisational support.
  • Proactively anticipate and manage the executive’s needs.
  • Manage a complex calendar of meetings, events, and travel.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and communications.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor, review, and respond to emails, voicemails, and other inquiries.
  • Track and manage project deadlines and milestones.
  • Create reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
