Job Description
A private equity firm based in California is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Investor Relations team. This is a high-touch, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable supporting senior executives across multiple time zones.
The ideal candidate will be based on the West Coast.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in a high-level administrative role; private equity or finance experience required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication
- High level of discretion, judgment, and adaptability
- Experience with IR support and tools like Salesforce is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, events, and the annual meeting, including
scheduling, travel, and materials preparation - Maintain investor database, track communications, and support internal reporting
- Manage executive calendars and support day-to-day prioritization
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel with itineraries and backup plans
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and organize expense reports (e.g., Concur)
- Serve as a collaborative team player within the admin team, providing coverage as needed
