This is a rare and exciting Executive Assistant opportunity supporting two highly accomplished co-founders of a pioneering technology company making a positive global impact. The role is ideal for a commercially astute, tech-savvy, and resourceful EA who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in streamlining processes, driving execution, and supporting senior leaders to achieve their strategic goals.
Working closely with the co-founders, you will be the organisational linchpin who keeps operations on track. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, has a natural ability to navigate changing priorities, and can balance strategic input with hands-on delivery.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or founders.
- Down to earth & can do attitude a must
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative leadership team.
- High level of tech literacy, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to both co-founders, including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, and prioritisation of competing demands.
- Coordinate communication with employees, suppliers, partners, and clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Organise, prepare, and follow up on leadership meetings, board meetings, and project milestones, ensuring all materials are accurate and delivered on time.
- Oversee and maintain internal systems, processes, and reporting, including compliance and governance documentation.
- Manage travel logistics, events, and offsite coordination, ensuring seamless execution.
- Liaise with external providers, including legal counsel, branding, and bookkeeping services.
- Manage company LinkedIn presence and website news updates in collaboration with the retained branding agency.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Managing personal affairs as required
