Compensation: $170,000–$195,000/year + benefits & Bonus

Employment Type: Full-time

A fast-growing, venture-backed AI technology company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Chief Revenue Officer. This is a high-impact opportunity for a polished, proactive partner who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys supporting revenue leadership at a company scaling quickly.

You’ll work closely with the CRO to bring structure, momentum, and clarity to day-to-day execution—serving as a trusted right hand to a leader driving go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and growth.

This role sits at the center of the company’s revenue organization, supporting execution across sales, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives while keeping the CRO focused on what matters most.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives in tech, startups, or high-growth environments
  • Interest in AI, emerging technology, and how modern revenue teams scale
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to toggle between strategy and execution

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CRO to manage complex calendars, priorities, and communications
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, follow-ups, and execution gaps
  • Act as a liaison between the CRO and internal teams, executives, partners, and customers
  • Coordinate meetings, off-sites, and events tied to sales, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Maintain and improve workflows, tools, and systems that support revenue operations
  • Support ad hoc projects across sales, partnerships, marketing, and leadership as priorities evolve
