Job Description
BDA is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO in a fast-paced, high-performance enterprise environment. This onsite role requires exceptional executive presence, resilience, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to support complex business operations.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting a CEO or C-level executive within a Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 organization and is accustomed to managing competing priorities, sophisticated scheduling demands, and high-pressure situations with precision and sound judgment.
This full-time position is onsite in Woodinville, Washington, with occasional work at the Mercer Island location. The base salary range is $125,000-$135,000, along with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Requirements
- Availability to work non-standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
- 5-7 years of experience in a senior-level Executive Assistant role supporting a CEO or C-suite executive within a Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 organization.
- Demonstrated longevity supporting senior executive leadership in complex corporate environments.
- Proven expertise managing highly complex executive scheduling and shifting business priorities.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail, organizational ability, and follow-through.
- Advanced critical thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, high-accountability environment requiring adaptability, professionalism, and resilience under pressure.
- Experience handling sensitive information and executive-level business matters with discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to remain standing and/or move throughout the workday as needed to perform job duties.
- Prior experience directly supporting a CEO in a large-scale enterprise environment preferred.
- Background working within large-scale corporate, technology, professional services, or fast-growth organizations preferred.
- Exposure to board support, legal, governance, contract, or compliance-related administrative processes is a plus.
- Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic, high-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and domestic and international travel planning.
- Manage highly dynamic scheduling across multiple priorities, stakeholders, and time zones while anticipating conflicts and proactively identifying solutions.
- Prepare executive materials, presentations, reports, and confidential communications with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, and cross-functional initiatives, including agendas, materials, follow-up actions, and tracking deliverables.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO, internal teams, external partners, board members, and senior stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive business information and confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Bring structure and organization to fast-moving initiatives through strong prioritization, project coordination, and independent problem-solving.
- Support operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives driven by the Office of the CEO in a rapidly evolving business environment.
