The Artificial General Intelligence HR organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of high-impact support and strategic coordination. You'll be the behind-the-scenes catalyst that keeps our leadership team moving forward, managing intricate schedules, preparing critical communications, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role will be support the Director of AGI PXT and their team.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars in various time zones, planning and organizing events of all sizes, creating agendas and coordinating domestic and international travel. You will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. You will also help maintain mechanisms and help with team engagement.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent diploma

- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
