Job Description
In this responsible position, you will report directly to the Deputy CEO | Head of Program Management & Customer Services ADRS.
Your tasks will include in particular:
Requirements
- Basic commercial/business administration training; further training as an executive assistant is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong organizational and coordination skills as well as a high degree of independence and a hands-on mentality
- Commitment to dealing with people and affinity for challenging work
- Confident use of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills and empathic interaction with different stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for administrative tasks in day-to-day business
- Taking on general office tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Membership in the assistant pool including support in other areas if required
- Participation in projects and management of smaller special projects
- Targeted preparation of various topics and issues
- Creation and formatting of presentations, minutes and statistics
- Preparation, planning, coordination and follow-up of meetings, business trips (including travel expenses) and events
- Competent contact for domestic and foreign business partners
- Interface function to other managers, departments
