Job Description
Your mission: help the CEO run and scale a global XR & AI agency by managing priorities, driving execution, supporting sales, and keeping the company operating at peak performance as we grow across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Integrating AI within company processes.
You’ll be the CEO’s right hand, making sure the entire machine runs smoothly and opportunities move forward fast.

Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise the CEO’s schedule, communication, and strategic tasks
- Prepare briefs, documents, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings
- Support sales efforts by coordinating outreach, preparing proposals, updating CRM, and ensuring follow-ups happen on time
- Assist with inbound/outbound leads, organising intro calls, and helping keep the sales pipeline healthy
- Help with AI integration within the company processes
- Prepare pitch decks, case materials, and relevant documents for prospect meetings
- Coordinate cross-team communication (Revenue, Delivery, Admin) to keep executions on track
- Support global expansion by assisting with operations in the US/UAE/EU regions
- Take ownership of small to mid-sized projects, ensuring they move from idea to “done”
- Assist with investor relations, key partners, and high-profile clients
- Help with hiring processes, screening, coordination, and communication
- Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and tracking of company OKRs
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, and business opportunities
- Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
