• Extensive experience (5+ years) of supporting high level executives in dynamic and fast moving environments
• Have exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Are able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are adept at drafting professional emails and managing confidential information with appropriate discretion
• Have a strong command of scheduling/calendar software
• Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating the CEO's needs
• Are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and the dynamics of a rapidly growing company

• As the executive assistant to our CEO (and CTO as needed), you will be critical in supporting the rapid growth of Neros.
• On a day to day, you will assist our founders in solving problems of all scale--from filtering inboxes to communicating with leaders, engineers, investors, and more.
• We will rely on this person to optimize our founders' time, conduct light office management, book travel/ conferences, draft communications/presentations and more.
