A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and professional Executive Assistant to join a leading global executive search firm. This London-based role supports one or two senior Consultants within the Technology Practice and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
You’ll play a key part in the end-to-end search process, providing high-level administrative support while exercising discretion, professionalism, and strong time management skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (experience in executive search or professional services is highly desirable)
- Proven experience within the executive search industry
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Highly organised, proactive, and deadline-oriented
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Confident working with internal databases and CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Complex diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and candidates
- Coordinating international travel and managing expenses
- Preparing detailed documentation and presentations to tight deadlines
- Updating and maintaining internal project tracking systems and CRM database
