Responsibilities
- Providing full administrative support to the Director.
- Organising and maintaining complex diaries.
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Managing incoming correspondence and responding on behalf of the Director where appropriate.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Communicating with various stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
