Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional EA to join a Hedge Fund based in the heart of London’s West End (W1). The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or Principal within a dynamic and fast paced environment. This role is a fully on-site role, 5 days in the office.
Requirements
- Proven EA experience at CEO, Founder, or Principal level
- Tech savvy
- Ability to improve processes and ways of working is highly desirable
- Strong academic background - ideally Master’s level, with a minimum requirement of Graduate level
Responsibilities
- Heavy diary & meeting management
- Travel coordination across multiple time zones
- Expense management
