Chief of Staff

We’re seeking a dynamic and highly organized Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic right hand to our CEO and leadership team. If you thrive in high-growth environments, have deep knowledge of the AI and LLM landscape, and can switch seamlessly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, we want you on our team.

You’ll work across product, operations, partnerships, and fundraising, keeping priorities aligned, initiatives moving, and opportunities seized. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape the trajectory of Prem AI as we scale globally.

• Experience: 4-7 years in strategy, operations, consulting, venture-backed startups, or high-growth tech environments.
• AI/LLM Knowledge: Solid understanding of the AI and LLM ecosystem, trends, and major players.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, from boardrooms to team standups.
• Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot quickly when priorities change.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Bonus: Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or launching AI/LLM products.

• Strategic Alignment: Partner with the CEO to define, prioritize, and execute key initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks across teams to maximize efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Ensure tight coordination between product, engineering, marketing, and business teams.
• Special Projects: Lead high-priority initiatives in AI/LLM product development, partnerships, and fundraising.
• Investor & Partner Engagement: Support relationship management with stakeholders, investors, and industry leaders.
• Travel & Event Coordination: Represent Prem AI at key meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements globally.
• Decision Support: Gather data, insights, and context to enable fast, informed leadership decisions.
