Job Description
Are you ready to be the strategic force multiplier behind a movement that's already empowered over 12,000 community health workers (CHWs) to serve 6.7 million people across Africa? At Living Goods, we're not just delivering health services; we're building resilient systems that slash child mortality by up to 28% through digitally enabled, equipped, supervised, and compensated CHWs. Partnering with governments in Kenya, Uganda, and Burkina Faso, we bring essential care right to families' doorsteps, proving that scalable, cost-effective community health isn't a dream; it's our reality since 2007.
2026 is our bridge year. A high-stakes transition where we solidify gains from our past and catapult into a bold new strategic plan. This isn't maintenance mode; it's acceleration. We're innovating with AI, evidence-driven insights, and cross-sector partnerships to amplify impact, from crisis response to donor narratives. But to cross this bridge successfully, our CEO needs a world-class Chief of Staff: a thought partner, executor extraordinaire, and guardian of organizational excellence. This role isn't support, it's the linchpin ensuring our vision becomes an unbreakable reality, driving decisions that save lives and shape health policy continent-wide.
Why This Role is Mission-Critical in Our New Strategic Era:
As the CEO's right hand, you'll orchestrate the heartbeat of our operations, turning ambitious goals into actionable wins. In a world where health inequities persist, your work will directly fuel systems that reach the unreachable.
Compensation:
A competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience including health insurance and bonus opportunity. The opportunity to be your best while making lives better for those in need, and a chance to make history!
If you're a proven leader with strategic acumen, operational wizardry, and a passion for health equity, this is your call to action. Join us in Nairobi (or remotely with travel) and help bridge to a healthier Africa.
Living Goods is an equal opportunity employer and will consider every qualified applicant for employment. Living Goods does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, national origin, ancestry, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability.

If you are asked for money, we strongly recommend that you do not respond and do not send money or personal information. If offered a role at Living Goods, we’ll request consent to complete a background check, which is part of our hiring process.
