Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring for an experienced Calendar Manager and Executive Assistant on behalf of one of our top clients in the global holdings industry in New York City to support one of their Managing Directors.

This role is calendar-heavy and fast-paced, requiring constant rescheduling due to frequent travel changes and international time zones. Beyond logistics, this individual will act as a strategic thought partner, helping structure the executive’s day, manage competing priorities, and track deliverables in a dynamic, high-expectations environment.

The ideal candidate brings a true career EA mindset, operates calmly under pressure, understands executive nuance, and represents the Partner’s office with professionalism in all internal and external interactions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or partners in a fast-moving environment
  • Proven ability to manage heavy calendar volume and competing priorities
  • Strategic, anticipatory thinker who operates as a true partner, not just task support

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex, high-volume calendar involving constant shifts due to international travel and time zone changes
  • Proactively structure the Managing Director’s day to optimize time, priorities, and outcomes
  • Track commitments, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure accountability across stakeholders
  • Act as a representative of the Managing Director’s office in high-touch, client-facing and internal communications
  • Exercise strong judgment in determining when and how to engage the executive.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams while knowing when to pull in additional stakeholders
  • Maintain composure, organization, and clarity amid a high level of incoming work and shifting priorities.
