As they continue to scale, they are looking to strengthen their internal operations by adding a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure day-to-day efficiency.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM PT

The Administrative Assistant will support senior leadership by managing calendars, handling communications, coordinating logistics, and ensuring administrative operations run smoothly. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy across tasks, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency while gaining exposure to high-level business activities. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars and multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and common tools such as Zoom and Slack
  • Familiarity with project management software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address issues and take initiative

Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Email Management
    Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize daily priorities
    Draft and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Administrative Support
    Provide general administrative support including data entry, expense management, and filing
    Manage logistics such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office operations
  • Communication Management
    Ensure smooth communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders
    Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Data Tasks & Reporting
    Organize, track, and maintain accurate data records
    Assist in preparing reports and maintaining structured data systems
  • Logistics Coordination
    Coordinate travel, events, and business-related logistics
    Ensure all arrangements run smoothly and efficiently
  • Cross-Departmental Support
    Support team members across departments as needed
    Handle requests promptly and professionally
