Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative and organizational support for Executive.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Requires 3 years minimum of relevant administrative support experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all administrative support functions for Vice Presidents including answering phone calls.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, policy changes, reports.
- Maintain Department files.
- Receive and distribute mail.
- Manage the office supplies.
- Coordinate incoming vendor correspondence (such as acknowledgment letters), to ensure vendor/subcontractor policy compliance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Coordinate interdepartmental conference calls and meetings.
- Complete miscellaneous projects on an as needed basis.
- From time to time must complete projects with short notice in extreme time constraints.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
