Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ year of administrative assistant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Detail-oriented, organized & able to multitask effectively

Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices, manage bookkeeping & spreadsheets
  • Handle emails, records & client correspondence
  • Learn basic booking techniques for travel services (air, hotel, transportation)
  • Utilize Advisor OS & assist with concierge requests
  • Review commission lists & liaise with vendors
  • Support with miscellaneous admin & accounting activities
