Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ year of administrative assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Detail-oriented, organized & able to multitask effectively
Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, manage bookkeeping & spreadsheets
- Handle emails, records & client correspondence
- Learn basic booking techniques for travel services (air, hotel, transportation)
- Utilize Advisor OS & assist with concierge requests
- Review commission lists & liaise with vendors
- Support with miscellaneous admin & accounting activities
