Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Working alongside the Managing Director and assisting with all required administration needs, including sending and receiving emails, phone calls and data entry.
The Candidate:
We are seeking candidates who have had previous office experience in administration assistance or data entry.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent organisational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Attentional to detail.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Dependable.
Willingness to learn and develop.
Business Qualification Cert II or above. (Preferred but not required).
Financial or Business background. (Preferred but not required).

Requirements
